Ralph’s Tales explores what it means to reinvent a life gently — with attention to pacing, nervous-system safety, and the realities of lived experience. It’s not about fixing or rushing forward, but about learning how to build an intentional life with clarity and care.
A Bit of Context
I’m Rondi. I’m a trauma survivor, a certified Trauma Care practitioner, and a life coach in the midst of my own reinvention.
Rather than offering answers or prescriptions, Ralph’s Tales pays attention to patterns — how trauma shapes capacity, confidence, creativity, and decision-making over time. What I share comes from living reinvention as it unfolds, including uncertainty, recalibration, and the moments of clarity that arrive when we slow down enough to notice.
Far from showing up with a polished formula or a fixed destination, I show up with stubbed toes, a box of tissues, and a willingness to walk alongside you as the answers reveal themselves. Ralph, my PTSD service dog and constant co-regulator, is part of that reality too.
Community by Design
This space is being shaped with community in mind — not as an add-on, but as a foundation. It’s a place for people asking similar questions about safety, change, and how to move forward without abandoning themselves in the process.
As you spend time here, you may begin to notice familiar themes — questions that echo across posts, videos, and reflections. Not because everyone’s path is the same, but because many of us are navigating this season with comparable care, curiosity, and restraint.
Community here grows gradually, through recognition and repetition — through reading, responding, and noticing what resonates. It takes shape in blog comments, in conversations on YouTube, and in the shared rhythm of returning to these ideas over time.
If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to join in — by subscribing for free, leaving a comment, or engaging in whatever way feels right for you. Participation isn’t required, but it is welcomed -- and will be honored.
